Product description
EDTA Acid is calcium ion complexing agent, detergent and blood anticoagulant. In biochemical studies, it is used as a calcium chelating agent to eliminate the inhibitory effect of trace heavy metals on the enzyme catalyzed reaction.
Application
EDTA can form stable water soluble complex with alkali metal, rare earth element and transition metal. In addition to sodium salt, there are ammonium salts and various salts, such as iron, magnesium, calcium, copper, manganese, zinc, cobalt, aluminum and so on.
